Our Post-Closing administration of the draw and inspection process is coordinated with the Contractor, Borrower and the HUD Consultant throughout the remodel process. Maintaining direct communications, throughout all aspects of the draw and inspection process is critical to successful completion. This level of service continues thru the remodel phase until the home is complete and ready for occupancy.
